[For New Ships] StirLNG-4 Gas Fuel Supply LNG Bunkering

Re-liquefy BOG and support the efficient operation of LNG tanks!

In the cruise ship industry, as the introduction of LNG-fueled vessels progresses, the generation and management of BOG (Boil-Off Gas) has become an important issue. BOG is generated by the natural evaporation from LNG tanks and can lead to fuel loss and safety concerns. StirLNG-4 helps reduce fuel waste and supports safe operations by re-liquefying this BOG and returning it to the LNG tank. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Cruise ships using LNG fuel - Vessels that want to suppress BOG generation from LNG tanks 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction in fuel costs - Improved safety - Decreased environmental impact

LNG liquefaction device "StirLNG-4" <Direct method>

Approximately 1000 to 1800 kg/day (1.8 metric tons per day, 1350 gallons/day) of re-liquefaction is possible per unit!

The "StirLNG-4" is a cryogenic liquefaction device specially modified for small-capacity LNG re-liquefaction for ships. It operates with an electric motor and is equipped with a unique control unit for independent operation. BOG can be extracted from the storage LNG tank, cooled in the heat exchanger of this device, re-liquefied, and returned to the storage LNG tank. 【Features】 ■ Supports small-scale production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from refined gas sources such as pipelines and biogas. ■ Re-liquefies BOG generated within cryogenic devices (fuel stations, storage tanks, etc.) without loss. ■ Re-liquefies BOG from LNG tanks on ships. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【For petrochemicals】StirLNG-4 Plant LNG raw material supply

Achieving a maximum of 1800 kg/day of LNG re-liquefaction per unit.

In the petrochemical industry, a stable supply of raw materials is key to business continuity. In particular, when using LNG as a raw material, the generation of BOG (Boil-Off Gas) poses a significant challenge that reduces supply efficiency. The occurrence of BOG leads to losses of LNG and increases costs. StirLNG-4 enables the re-liquefaction of this BOG and returns it to the LNG tank, allowing for effective utilization of raw materials. This contributes to stable raw material supply and cost reduction. 【Usage Scenarios】 - LNG plants - LNG storage tanks - LNG transport ships 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of BOG losses - Effective utilization of LNG - Stabilization of raw material supply

【For Low-Temperature Food Transport】StirLNG-4 Nitrogen Gas Sealing System

Approximately 1000 to 1800 kg/day of re-liquefaction is possible per unit!

In the low-temperature transportation industry for food, temperature management during transport is key to maintaining quality. Particularly for frozen and refrigerated foods, it is crucial to maintain a stable low-temperature environment to prevent quality degradation and food loss due to temperature fluctuations. Low-temperature transportation using LNG (liquefied natural gas) contributes to reducing fuel costs and environmental impact, but the generation of BOG (Boil-Off Gas) poses a challenge. StirLNG-4 re-liquefies BOG and maintains a constant pressure within the LNG tank, thereby preserving food quality and improving transportation efficiency. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Maritime transportation of frozen and refrigerated foods - LNG supply to low-temperature logistics warehouses - Food transportation using LNG-fueled vessels 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduces BOG losses and improves LNG utilization efficiency - Provides a stable low-temperature environment to maintain food quality - Contributes to reducing fuel costs and environmental impact
